Payment and cancellations
Lessons are paid monthly via autopay. Monthly pricing is based on 4 lessons per month and does not increase for 5-lesson months or decrease for holiday breaks.
One lesson per month may be rescheduled within the same month with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. If the lesson is not rescheduled before the month concludes, it is forfeited with no refund.
Lessons cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled lesson time will be forfeited with no refund.
In the rare event that I need to cancel a lesson, I will reschedule it at a mutually convenient time at no additional charge.
If you would like to discontinue lessons and cancel your monthly autopay, I ask for at least 30 days notice. Please note that your weekly time slot will become available to other students and future availability is not guaranteed.
Holiday closures
Thanksgiving: week of November 23, 2026
Winter break: week of December 21, 2026
Spring break: week of March 29, 2027
Summer break: one week TBD, date to be communicated in advance
