Payment and cancellations
Lessons are paid on a monthly autopay through my website. Monthly pricing is calculated based on 4-lessons/month but does not increase for 5-week months.
One lesson per month may be rescheduled to a Saturday within the same month if absolutely necessary. If the lesson has not been rescheduled before the month concludes, the missed lesson is forfeited with no refunds or exchanges.
Lessons cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled lesson time cannot be rescheduled and will be forfeited with no refunds or exchanges.
If you would like to discontinue or pause your weekly lessons and monthly autopay I ask for at least 30-days notice. Please note that your weekly time slot will become available to other students and future availability is not guaranteed.
